The website at vipgrocerland.easy.co is a copyrighted site (“the Site”) belonging to Ever Grow Land Sdn Bhd ("VIP Grocer Land", "Company", "us", "we", and "our"). Ever Grow Land Sdn Bhd manufactures, sells and delivers packaged foods directly to customers via post.
By accessing to the Site and placing your order(s) with us, you are deemed to accept the terms and conditions herein (on behalf of yourself or the entity that you represent). In this regard, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this transaction (on behalf of yourself or the entity that you represent) with us.
1. Account
1.1 When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
1.2 You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
2. PRICE & PAYMENT:
2.1 Where applicable, prices are in Malaysian ringgit. Delivery costs will be charged in addition where applicable; such additional charges are clearly displayed and included in the ‘Final Total’.
2.2 You can pay using any of our payment partners listed on our homepage. Similarly you can pay all or part of your Order using store credit or a promotional voucher, where applicable.
2.3 No amendments are allowed after payment has been processed, kindly check and ensure that your delivery details and purchased item(s) are correct before making payment.
2.4 For the avoidance of doubt, we shall not be held responsible/ liable for any products ordered from other channels/ methods aside from the Site.
2.5 All orders made for clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
3. ORDER OR PRODUCTS COMPLAINTS
3.1 To place an order, follow the instructions on the ordering pages of the website. You are able to amend or correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on the “Place Order Now” button on the "Payment Method" page.
3.2 You will be required to choose your payment method at the time of online ordering. Payment is required upon placing an order. Cash on delivery is not accepted. Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email with order summary and an invoice.
3.3 Should there be mistakes in your Order(s) due to packing errors (i.e. missing product/ wrongly packed order), kindly proceed to inform our Customer Care Team within 7 days from the date of receiving your parcel. Our team will proceed to carry out remedial action after checking and verifying your claim. We will not entertain any claims which are brought to our attention after the expiry of 7 days from the date of receiving your parcel.
3.4 Should you received a broken/damaged product, kindly contact our Customer Care Team within 7 days upon the date of receiving your parcel. Our team will proceed to check and carry out remedial action. We will not entertain any claims which are brought to our attention after the expiry of 7 days from the date of receiving your parcel.
4. PROCESSING ORDER
4.1 It takes 5-7 working days to process your Orders as most of our products are freshly made to order. We aim to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order and the delivery time indicated by us at the time of your Order checkout (as updated in the Order Confirmation via email notification).
4.2 We shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
4.3 All of the parcels are delivered by our courier partner(s) which is under Easy Parcel.
4.4 Self-collection from our warehouse is strictly not allowed.
4.5 Our courier partner will return your parcel(s) if the delivery details provided by you are invalid/insufficient. In the event your parcel(s) is returned to us, we will refund via store credits to you which you can utilize for your subsequent purchase.
5. DELIVERY FEE
5.1 The delivery fees are as follows:-
a) West Malaysia:
- For Orders below RM100: RM10 per kg (shipping fees)
- Subsequently 1kg add on RM1
- For Orders RM 100 & above: FOC
b) East Malaysia & selected rural area in West Malaysia*:
- For Orders below RM 100: RM25 per kg
- Subsequently 0.5kg add on RM15
5.2 The delivery fees and courier partner(s) are subject to change from time to time without notice to you.
5.3 Parcel delivery location is subject to the locations delivered by our courier partner(s).
6. STORE CREDIT
6.1 Store credit is valid for 12 months only and thereafter, the unused reward credit will be void.
6.2 Store credits cannot be transferred to other accounts.
6.3 Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded for cash at any time.
7. CANCELLATION
7.1 All orders can be cancelled before they are fulfilled. Upon cancellation of order, any refund will be credited as store credit to the customer's account at vipgrocerland.easy.co and can be used for next purchase.
7.2 No Refund for cancellation once the order is fulfilled.
8. GOODS
8.1 All illustrations and descriptions displayed on vipgrocerland.easy.co website or distributed by email or in any other way are for guidance purposes only and will not form part of the contract. In all cases we will try to contact you to advise you of any such changes, however we reserves the right to replace these items of equal or better quality without consultation.
8.2 We reserve the right to make alterations to the design, appearance and technical specifications of our products from time to time and at such time or at any other times, to make alterations to our advertised information concerning such Goods, without notice.
9. REFUND POLICY
9.1 Refunds from returns will only begin processing once we have received the physical return parcel and a quality check is completed to either approve or reject the return requested. Once the processing is completed, the equivalent amount will be credited based on the following payment method.

10.4 You irrevocably grant a non-exclusively license to VIP Grocer Land to exploit your feedback;
10.5 You are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of any kind from VIP Grocer Land under any circumstances.
11. DAMAGED ITEM DURING SHIPMENT
11.1 Ever Grow Land Sdn Bhd would not be held liable for any damage that is rendered to our products at the advised destination once the products has been delivered.
11.2 Customer is responsible to check that they receive the products in good conditions upon delivery. If product is found damage upon receiving, customer should not accept the parcel and immediately return to the courier representative. Once the products has been delivered and signed for, Ever Grow Land Sdn Bhd is unable to accept any liability neither for any damage sustained to the products thereafter nor for any failure to follow the instructions provided. However customer may make their own claim with the respective courier company.

13. ALLERGIES AND SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
13.1 Some of our products contain nuts, egg, seafood and so on, this is not suitable for those suffering from intolerance or allergies to these particular foods. Please be aware and Ever Grow Land Sdn Bhd will not be held responsible for anyone suffering from the allergies.
